* Coordination & submitting plans to critical administrative agencies, (including but not limited to: Maryland National Capital Park & Planning Commission, Soil Conservation, State Highway Association, Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, Department of the Environment &  Department of Permitting, Inspections & Enforcement)

* Processing approvals of all necessary plans

* Manage & obtain permits (including but not limited to: Site Development, Street Construction, Stormwater, Building, Raze, U&O, Non-Conforming Uses, Utilities, Logging & Access)

* Coordinating with Critical Team Consultants, tracking all approvals & expiration dates, tracking all new laws that could affect projects

* Construction, Site & Building Management

* Inspections (Pre-construction, Final, U&O & Bond Reductions/Release)

* Recordation of all Easements, Declarations & HOA 

* Strong working relationship with County Officials, Review Staff & Inspection Department

*Hearing Sign Postings & Affidavits

* Installation of Silt Fence & Site Stabilization
